every day is still the same
we're taking a shelf field trip to san diego. we're staying with nate (i got the go-ahead), with hopes to see kris. as far as i know we're car pooling. if you have further motives than going to the beach and just hanging out, voice it so we know how to work out the car situation. annnnnd it'd be cool to figure out who is going, when we'll be leaving, etc. (this is more specifically for anybody who needs to request time off bc they work in an office atmosphere or are under strict scheduling)the plans are to leave on friday mid-day to late evening, unless im mistaken. we're returning to phoenix on sunday. signed permission slips received by: *DANA *DANI *TROJ *LEAH *TONY(?) im just opening this up to everyone and anyone bc im down withe more the merrier. and we all know how field trips work- always go with even numbers, so when you're talking shit that person doesnt feel left out. shelf love, leah a | | Tuesday, June 14th, 2005 | 1:33 pm [tinystickfigure]

Best Day Ever.
Seriously. Everything was perfect. The whole time I was in complete amazement over how all our friends and family showed up. Every time I turned around there were awesome people showing their support. The wedding seemed to go exactly as we planned. Here are some really quick thank you's: Ed- You rocked. When I first asked Em to marry me I knew you would be the guy to marry us. I know you were stressed over how you performed but you were perfect. Thanks again for writing such kind words for our ceremony. Cory,Marty- Guys, what can I say. You both have been there for me whenever I needed you. Cory the speech was awesome and Marty you are a standup gent. Nate- Thank you so much for being the dj. You are the most mellow person on earth and just the guy to deal with my stress nonsense about when each song should play. Dani,Dana, Marko, Mike, Leah, Art, Louisa, and Kris- Thank you all for showing up. It was a nice shelf reunion. I feel truly honored to have such kick ass peeps around. Paul- Sorry I didn't get to see you before you took off. Thanks for being at the ceremony! It is very late and we are both in the heat of packing for our cruise. I totally feel like the kid in high school who procrastinated on writing that paper till the night before it was due. That and we are planning to hit the 24 hour Wal-Mart to grab some last minute supplies. I am going to sneak a quick nap as well tonight. 30 minutes should do the trick. Once I get all the pics I will post them! Again, you all are amazing peeps. | | Tuesday, April 12th, 2005 | 3:07 am [leavesofgrass]

Dueces
It's Leah's birthday...and its even a Tuesday. Paul's house, 6:30. Mexican dinner and then we get her drunk, maybe via a bar trip. Current Mood: tired | | Friday, April 8th, 2005 | 6:39 pm [leavesofgrass]

Random
I've been watching TV today. King of Queens, Friends, and Will & Grace all had Thanksgiving reruns on. What the hell is that all about? It really made me want to have a big dinner with friends though. Anyone have any ideas? Reasons? A pot-luck maybe? Maybe a park gathering while the weather is still bearable? Tax Returns and X-boxes
My tax return is awesome. I have finally decided to invest in an X-box. Anyone have a modded xbox? If so, what is the difficulty level in getting everything put together? | | Monday, December 6th, 2004 | 11:15 pm [hutta]

New Year's Plans?
Hey everyone... They're doing this crazy big New Year's party in downtown LA this year. I just wanted to see if anyone was maybe interested in coming out. It's a 5-minute walk from my apartment, if that. They're taking over 4 blocks for a giant outdoor rave/concert thing. Paul Oakenfold, The Crystal Method, The Killers. I'm not sure if that's anyone's style, but hey... dancing and partying is always a fun way to spend New Year's Eve, even if it's not music I'd seek out for it's own sake. They claim there's going to be a ferris wheel. Since it's so close to my apartment, we could come and go as we please. Restrooms, drinks, etc would all be within reach. Fugu The Barbarian And suddenly, Paul feels the warmth of a universal oneness that once did not exist. Touched, a tear leaves its salty trail on his cheek. "Fugu the Barbarian, you complete me," he weeps softly. | | Wednesday, November 10th, 2004 | 11:18 pm [hutta]
