Job posting: GLBT Health Programs Training Specialist, Health Care of Southeastern Massachusetts, Inc.

Experienced trainer and facilitator sought to work on all aspects of two programs that work to increase the capacity of health and human service providers and educators to provide care to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and Transgender adults and youth.

Training specialist will facilitate trainings on a variety of issues related to the provision of culturally competent health and social services for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and Transgender youth and adults. The person in this position will also provide technical assistance and referrals to health and human service agencies and schools, develop new training curricula, plan and organise training/networking events, develop educational and promotional materials, and develop and disseminate a monthly newsletter. Qualifications:
* Experience in training, meeting facilitation, and group process. Knowledge of issues relevant to LGBT community. Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with coalition building, community organising, and event planning preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
