AboutThis community is for self-proclaimed bootwhores and boot fetishists. Post pics, descriptions , boots you covet, etc.
Some helpful rules to live by...
1) First and foremost please be considerate of your fellow community members. In doing so, if you have a huge post or a ton of pics, please LJ-cut it. Try to stay on topic, too.
2) No spamming other communities or "add me! add me!" posts or comments.
3) Notices of auctions or sale of boots or boot-related accessories have gotten to the point where they are clogging the group up. There is a wonderful community started by one of our members strictly for footwear auctions/ads called![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)
bootstore. PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR ADS HERE. They will be removed and if you continue to post ads, you will be banned.
4) Some members don't have the luxury of DSL, T1 or cable modem. Out of respect to them please try to resize pics so they are not taking the dial-up users forever to load.
5) If you have a post removed and come back with some shitty little comment, your posting access will be suspended. I have no time for pissing matches so please don't even try.
For now, this community is moderated. Thats the best way to keep the spam out. Most posts can be approved rather quickly, but please don't freak out if it takes a day or two for approval of your post.
**If you haven't joined the community and make a post, it will be sent to the mods for approval but until you join we cannot approve it.
