About
This Bobby and Jack Mercer Slash Community is a place for all fans of the Bobby/Jack pairing (from the recently released motion picture Four Brothers) to discuss the characters or to post their fic. The mods are pretty easy going and they don't want to be tyrants, but rules are a necessity of life.
Rules
[1] If slash fiction or pretend incest (after all, Bobby and Jack aren't really related) bother you, then kindly leave this LiveJournal. We have no problems with banning irritating people who come here just to cause trouble. This includes people who troll in the comments without actually joining the community.
[2] As some of the fiction here is bound to contain graphic m/m sex, we ask that you be of age in your respective areas. Also, acting like a responsible adult is a must.
[3] Members are wholeheartedly encouraged to post their fiction. This can include slash, pre-slash, or even just brotherfic, a nice look back at Bobby and Jack as they were growing up. Of course we don't mind if you mention Angel, Jerry, their wives/girlfriends, or Evelyn Mercer; the only requirement we have is that Bobby and Jack be the central characters in your story.
[4] At the moment, general discussion of Garrett Hedlund and Mark Wahlberg is allowed. However, this is subject to change if actor-based discussion starts to eclipse the posting of fic or discussion of Bobby and Jack Mercer.
[5] Following rule #4, RPS (Real Person Slash) is also welcome, though we'd like to remind you again that this is mainly a fanfiction site. If RPS is not your cup of tea, kindly keep scrolling. We are, after all, adults here.
[6] Any questions or comments can be directed to your mods by E-mailing writteninsable@livejournal.com.
[7] If you haven't seen the movie, be warned. There will be spoilers within this community. We won't take responsibility for your being spoiled, as there will be various warnings posted both here an on the fics themselves.
[8] If you're a member and would like to post a fic (whether explicit or not), please put it under an LJ cut. This goes for pics and other things as well.
