#003. INSTALLING A LAYOUT.

i. Under Customize in your journal settings, find and apply the correct theme.

ii. If necessary, change your advertisement settings to reflect the layout.

iii. Customize your theme by selecting Custom CSS on the left panel.

iv. Set all three drop-downs to No, copy and paste the CSS from the .txt file into the section Custom stylesheet, and save your changes.

v. Optional (plus users only): select Style from the left panel and locate 'background color of the outer table' (section: page) and the 'border color of the content and header/footer boxes' (section: entries). Replace the colours listed there with the corresponding hex code of the layout's background.


#004. INSTALLING A PROFILE LAYOUT.

i. Under your profile settings, locate the Bio section.

ii. Copy and paste the CSS from the .txt file into the section.

iii. Replace Lorem Ipsum / blank links with your own content.

iv. Save your changes.


#005. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

i. May I edit the codes? (ex. colours, &c.)
Yes, provided that you still credit blockades.

ii. My metadata (currents / tags) aren't showing up.
Locate and remove .currents{ display: none; } from the CSS.

iii. I want my tiny user icons to show up.
Find and delete span.ljuser img{ display: none; } from the CSS and use the tiny icon generator if you want different images to appear.

iv. I want to add a header image; is this okay, and how do I do it?
Just credit blockades, and it's perfectly fine. Use the following code, replacing uppercase sections as necessary to add a header image: .headerimage { position: relative; width: WIDTHpx; height: HEIGHTpx; margin: 0 auto 0 auto; background: url('URL') no-repeat; }

v. My layout isn't showing up properly / It doesn't look like the preview / Something's wrong.
Make sure you're using a compatible browser, and check other comments to make sure that the solution hasn't already been found. If the problem hasn't been solved, comment here using the following form and I'll answer your question individually.
