AboutWelcome to Blinkierama, your one stop blinkie and glitter name stop. We're a friendly community that uses the open maker system, where there is no set roster of makers. Anyone who has the urge to fill requests may do so. For your convenience, the community information has been split into two major sections.
Each person is allowed to request ONE (1) blinkie and ONE (1) at a time. You may request again once your order has been filled. If you want a blinkie and a glitter tag, please put both in the same post.
Guidelines for Blinkie Requests:
No more than TEN (10) letters for block blinkies, unless an example with the correct number of blocks is given.
Font blinkies have no maximum length, but please keep it modest
Simple color changes on blinkie blocks can be done, but please be modest
Please provide an image of the blinkie you'd like made.
Guidelines for Glitter Requests:
Please use the following format:
Font: And it would be very helpful if you put a link to the place where the font can be found
Point Size: If unknown, let us know of you want it to be small, medium, or large...or REALLY large
Saying: What you want for your tag to say
Glitter: Please include the glitter that you want used or a link to where the glitter you want can be found
Dolls: Please provide the exact doll that you want used, as we're not able to make any kinds of changes to them. Ones without any kind of writing on them are desired.
Oh, and don't worry if the form isn't in the above order. :)
Check inside the community to see which glitter tags are the exception to this rule
DO NOT DIRECT LINK YOUR IMAGE! I use Photobucket.com, and I've had no problems with it.
DO NOT CROSS POST YOUR REQUEST! The definition of cross posting that I will operate by is: the posting of the exact same request in more than one community at the same time.
To cut down on theft, please make all of your requests in a friends only post, not in comments.
There is a possibility that requests may not be made in order. Some requests tend to be more complex than others.
Absolutely no advertising allowed in this community.
Be patient and courteous. I currently work full-time and my responsibilities often follow me home.
Requesters: If a blinkie creator says that your blinkie should be taken elsewhere to be edited, please do so. Do not argue or cause a fuss. Please respect their wishes by taking down the image within 2 days and taking the request to the appropriate community.
Blinkie creators: If you happen to see someone requesting your creation here, you may ask the requester to take down their request or to bring it to the appropriate community. But please do so in a mature and respectable way.
You have to let me know when you've uploaded your blinkie. A simple, "Saved," would suffice. I will erase blinkies off my server after 5 days. Lately, there has been a rash of people who have not been notifying when saved. Not notifying us TWO (2) times of when you picked up your blinkie will result in termination of your membership in this community.
DO NOT erase any comments or posts in this community, even requests that you intend to take elsewhere. If the latter is the case, just leave a comment in the appropriate post and I'll take care of it. The only people who should be erasing any comments and posts are myself and the co-moderators.
Anyone using multiple screen names to request will be banned. You may have a blinkie journal for your blinkies and a personal journal. Just do not use both journals to get double blinkies.
Please don't forget to credit us! I've checked user infos and have seen that some people haven't credited the community or the maker.
We reserve the right to delete any posts that do not follow these rules. If your post was deleted, please re-read the rules and figure out what you did wrong.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you have a history of stealing graphics, not crediting, requesting graphics that are to be made in certain communities, deleting posts/comments, using profanity, not picking up your blinkie in a timely manner repeatedly, or are just plain rude to me and to other members, then you more than likely will not have your request made. You will also face the possibility of being banned from this community.

If you decide to fill a request, please write a comment in the request that you'd like to fill saying that you'll do it, and then post the completed blinkie as a comment as well. Leave the post up for me, and I'll update the "When Can You Request?" list.
Regarding redos: I'll leave this up to you. I personally won't redo a blinkie unless there's a major mistake (i.e. Missed several frames, misspelled name, or misread a request). If it's a case where the requester wasn't specific enough or simply doesn't like it, then I more than likely won't redo it.
With all this said, I believe in mutual respect. I do not like drama and will not start drama in this community. I realize that everyone is a person and should be treated accordingly. If need be, I will draw the line in a respectful manner.
