| Love making blinkies? Join and compete! Don't make blinkies but still love them? Join anyway and vote! |
| To help prevent blinkies from being stolen, all challenges will be locked for community members only. |
| I'm not interested in drama. Please don't start any. Take it up with me privately if you have a problem. |

 Each week I will post a new challenge with a pixel, idea, etc. that must be included in your blinkie. Some weeks may be an icon challenge to keep things interesting. |
 You are to create a new blinkie based on the challenge. Submit your blinkie in a comment to the challenge post: include your blinkie and the URL where your blinkie is located. Entries will be screened. Do not enter anything made before the challenge. |
 Makers will not be revealed until after the challenge is over. Therefore, you are not to post your blinkie anywhere else until voting is complete. |
 Do not steal anyone else's blinkie and claim it as your own work. |
 If I find you have entered a blinkie not made specifically for the challenge, or you have entered a stolen blinkie, you will be disqualified. |

| Winners will receive a banner based on first, second, or third place, or mod's choice. Mod's Choice is determined before the votes are tallied, so it is possible to receive that and place as well. |
