So, technically, the submission phase for ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) bleach_yurithon is over. However, there are still some people left who didn't have any fic written or art drawn for them. To deal with that, I'm going to post the remaining six requests here. In response, anyone who's interested can pick one they're inspired by and, in the comments of this entry, submit either a short ficlet (200-500 words) or a quick doodle.
Obviously it'd be best if you could do one that hasn't been done yet, but if you're inspired by one that already has a doodle or ficlet for it, go right ahead and do that one, too.
When you respond, make the number of the request (as listed below the cut in this post) you're doing the subject line of your comment. If you're writing or drawing anything rated higher than R, say so in the first line of your comment and then put several lines of white space before your ficlet or doodle.

When I received this challenge the thought of Tatsuki/Soi Fong struck me as really strange. Then it started to tickle my fancy, after which plot bunnies beware! Those two are my favourite characters from the series (totally underrepresented) and if you think about it they have a lot in common. But being the rabid YoruSoi TatsuHime shipper that I am I couldn’t really dive into the smut. Also to my knowledge the two have never met in cannon so I really had to start at the beginning didn’t I? (I’m making excuses for the length now…)
I’m thinking how can I put together two characters that are both in love with other women, have an age gap from hell, are both really prickly people and who live in different dimensions? The only thing that comes to mind is aliens made them do it.

Congratulations to everyone who has gotten their assignments finished. (...and yes, I'm aware that I haven't finished mine either. :/ Uh. It's a tough one. I'll get it done, I swear.)
Now, in all likelihood, there will still be some people who do not get their fics by the end of the yurithon. I'd like to make sure they at least get something. So once the week-long grace period is up, I'm going to start writing ficlets of at least 300 words (and preferably more if I can manage it) based on unfulfilled requests. However, there will probably be some that I won't be able to do even that much for. So if you're interested in "pinch-hitting" in this manner for unfulfilled requests, comment here and let me know. |
