Welcome to bleach_inc, an alternate universe roleplay using the series BLEACH, credit to and courtesy of Kubo Tite. Please read on if monumental stacks of paper falling on Hisagi as he tries to balance coffee and documents amuses you, or if the thought of Nanao in a business suit does something for you...or you know, whatever. Office madness ahead...consider yourself warned.

In this world, spirits are not only highly visible, but members of society. Seireitei does not exist; death is simply retirement with a different set of needs. Founded by Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryuusai, Bleach, Inc. has catered to these spiritual needs for ages. From spirit real estate to spirit products (food, communication, etc.), Bleach, Inc. has an effective monopoly on all spirit goods. In the event that Hollows - corporeal (albeit grotesque) spirits - attempt to open their own companies, they are immediately crushed or bought. No competitors.
Until now.
Sometime last March, Sousuke Aizen, an important official, announced his resignation. Shortly after, both Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tousen resigned without warning. Almost overnight, Las Noches International was formed. Staffed by Espada, a Hollow minority, Las Noches offered the same services as Bleach, Inc., but with a considerably lowered price. Las Noches was immediately stricken by lawsuit for infringement of copyright laws, but the lawsuit was dropped almost immediately. Blackmail was suspected. Competition grew fierce with each company trying to release their newest products faster than the other.
Then there was the arrival of the Vizards. At first they were feared to be competition, but the truth is stranger. Developers of new, experimental methods and products, they are not interested in selling their ideas directly to clients, but to both companies indiscriminately.
A year later and things are at a standstill...or so it seems. There is a merger in the works. As more and more Las Noches worker appear in the Bleach, Inc. halls (CEOs included), the original employees are left to wonder just what exactly is happening to the company. | company policy.
•° No god-modding, proper grammar, and be nice are the main things •° 3 character maximum •° All posts over 300 words require a cut thereon out •° All posts with smexiness that runs above PG-13 also need a cut, courtesy kids, courtesy! •° All logs must be past tense, and third person •° All character-journal entries [you are required to have one, yes] should be in first person •° IC =/= OOC, you know that, right? •° Your contract is final, there is no escape...muahahahahahaaha...er...okay that's not a real part of the policy, but seriously, we hope you'll have enough fun here to want to stay regardless!
Questions and curiosities about the game should be directed at mods, any discrepancies or potential conflicts should be brought up preferably with the person in a polite IM or the OOC community if necessary, but really, try to keep it fancy free and drama-less, okay? It's more fun that way.
