For those who might still need a little clarification on how the Bleach Factor functions:
The Bleach Factor is a special defense organization formed by the higher authorities in the goverment under the Japan National Defense Department. The role that BF plays is described above, and it is comprised of 3 main sections which are the Magical, Mechanical, and Martial Forces (aka the 3M Forces).
The Magical Force holds the power of magic, each of its agent outstanding magic-wielders, trained for duels and combat. The Mechanical Force is made up of agents who are adept at piloting high-tech fighting machinery, gunning, bombing, controlling combat robots and various such. Agents from the Martial Force are all superb martial artists and fearsome warriors on their own. And in so, the Bleach Factor has 3 education/training providers under its name, which are the Bleach Factor Magical Institution, Bleach Factor Mechanical College, and the Bleach Factor Martial Academy.
Therefore, the BFMI is one of the institutions operating under the Bleach Factor organization, and students and instructors alike who are getting themselves involved in this business, should be well aware of what they are getting themselves into...

| ♥ This community is mainly for public in-game announcements such as new student introduction, punishment announcement, event notices, assignment info. Instructors are allowed to post here to notify students on important matters. Students are also allowed to submit general complaints or concerns to the BFMI staff. ♥ Taichous and certain ex-Taichous [except Yamamoto] in Bleach will play as lecturers/instructors at BFMI. Fukutaichou characters and everyone else will be coming in as students. And yes, students are allowed to have part-time jobs. IF they have the time >D ♥ There are no uniforms, no magic robes and the like, maybe lab-coats. All students must complete a course of 5 years of study in the school to graduate -1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year. And then their contract to serve in the Bleach Factor after graduation would last for a total of 2 years. To avoid confusion, every character coming in will begin from First Year. ♥ Once you are accepted, please take the time to read up on other characters' bios as they will help you interact with them more accurately. ♥ Avoid god-modding like the plague. If you're unsure about interacting with a character or anything, contact them beforehand. [To those of you who don’t know what this means, it is when you make decisions and write for another character during logs, commenting or chats, and so forth. It is a forbidden thing! Just stick with what your character is doing and thinking and let the other players be their own.] If you feel that you need more clarification on this, please read this article. ♥ The bmfi_out is for any OOC posts or concerns. Please realize that OOC drama should not be brought into the RPG, we expect a certain level of tolerance and respect from each player. If you have an issue with a mun, please try to solve it outside the game, or contact a mod. ♥ Our mods will constantly review the level of activity of each player, so kindly keep your character reasonably active. We don’t expect players to be on 24/7, but activity is what keeps an RPG alive and going. After acceptance, we hope that players would bother with at least 1 post a week. ♥ Uninformed hiatuses will result in a character suspension after two weeks, and if the player is still uncontactable after 3 weeks, the character will be taken back. So if you know you’ll be away for say about a month, kindly make an announcement in bfmi_out about this. ♥ Although we do not insist that people have to stick with the canon relationships in Bleach, we do ask that in-game relationships follow some form of logic. This means that we hope not to encounter a weird pairing like Ichigo x Karin and the reason being merely “Because they look SOOO cute together!!” ♥ Last but not least, to show that you have truly read the rules of BFMI, please add this under Section 1 [player info] of your BFMI application: Bleach Factor statement: I, [insert character name here], hereby solemnly swear allegiance to the Bleach Factor, and will for its sake, fight to defend its honor and maintain peace and balance in our land.
