Especially with the cancellation, I wanted to reach out and make sure a) those who know about our Dollhouse essay contest know that it hasn’t been cancelled along with the show, and b) those who don’t know about the contest get the chance to hear about it. Dollhouse only got the chance to scratch the surface of all the ideas and issues it brought up, and I’m glad we’re at least going to be able to use the book to pay tribute, if nothing else, to that-- and to how much everyone who loved it engaged with the show!
You can check out contest details here if this is the first time you're hearing about it-- deadline is February 1, winners get a check and publication in a book of Dollhouse essays to be published next fall, and veteran Mutant Enemy writer Jane Espenson will be doing the final judging.
