About The Blacksun Festival is an annual Gothic and Industrial music event. It features some of the top name bands and DJs from around the world. The event also encompasses an art show, fashion show, variety acts, great room parties and anything else we can think of that sounds fun. The event uses multiple venues in New Haven, CT. It is usually held mid-summer and takes place over three days.
We have featured some of the finest domestic and international DJs our scene has to offer and we have even received some excellent reviews from ReGen Magazine and Northeast In-Tune's Carpe Nocturne.
Community Rules:
Large multi-day Gothic/Industrial events are welcome to promote themselves in this community. Bands (unless they are scheduled to perform @ BSF), local shows, and local club nights are asked to NOT post in this community, as we see a tendency for members to un-sub when there is a high prevalence of such posts.
