{+} Keep it civil. Insults to other members will not be tolerated.

{+} You may make postings for applications ONLY! Other postings (such as fan work, discussions or questions) are better off in other BL or animanga-related communities anyway and the mod will mention every new affiliate in the weekly reminder which will have to do in terms of promotion.

{+} Stay active by voting for other members! I know how this can be annoying sometimes but there really is no other way to keep the community alive on the long run, so please check back on the community and vote at least every once in a while.

{+} Include 'super cool' somewhere in the subject line to prove that you’ve read the rules and are willing to accept the dire consequences in case of violation.

{+} If you find that a new applicant is violating the rules (subject line, not elaborating their votes, not voting at all,...) simply ignore them. The mod will be the one to approach them on the matter, but until then simply refrain from voting on their application. If they can't bother to put some effort into reading, then why should you?

{+} After joining the community fill out the survey and post it under a lj-cut. Applications that are not placed under a cut or show improper HTML will be deleted without further notice.

{+} Please tag your application as 'unstamped'. Failure to do so will result in nothing whatsoever, but you will be found quicker by potential voters, so it's probably in your own interest.

{+} Please elaborate and put some thought and effort into your application, for your own sake. The more we know the more accurate we can be. Also try your best not to ‘tipe lyk tis!1!’. People who have to read your application will appreciate the effort.

{+} Before posting your own survey please vote on at least three other unstamped applications. You must do this, otherwise you will not receive a stamp. The only exception is of course if there are currently less than three applications left unstamped (in which case you are to vote on two, one or none if you are lucky).

{+} Wait. You will be stamped after approximately 5 votes. Please give us some time to get your stamping done but don’t hesitate to remind us if it happens to take forever or if you believe that your application has been forgotten by mistake.

{+} Remember how we asked you to put some thought and effort into your application? Same goes for the votes! Please elaborate your choice! A full essay is not necessarily, however 2 sentences minimum are since reading 'I think you are most like Revy because...' can make things far more interesting than a bunch of identical, one-worded comments.

{+} Don't hesitate to think for yourself. Don't let the applicants be doomed to automatically end up with the character the first voter picks.

{+} Respect the applicant's choice regarding the gender of his/her stamp. You may mention characters of the other gender when elaborating, however your final vote must correspond to the applicant's desired gender.

(+) The same does not apply for the 'least like' question. Most of the time it should be possible to trust the applicant's judgement and simply go for one of many other options. However if you really think that the applicant may be missing certain personality traits about a character or even about themselves, feel free to vote accordingly, however please make sure to explain your thoughts.

{+} Don’t forget to bold your votes! You can do so by <*b*>using this code<*/b*> without the *.

{+} You may compare the applicant to as many characters as you like, but you may only bold up to two characters per person - no more (and definitely no less!).

{+} You may re-apply as often as you like. However, you must wait at least two months before posting a re-application. Please be reasonable about this though - if you're going to fish for a certain character you'd better get your pathetic attempt right the first time because we're not going to bother with it every other month.

You may vote applicants as any character present in the series. To refresh your memory you can take a look at the list of characters at Wikipedia.

Use the list to your heart's content. Applicants come in more variations than Rock or Revy after all.
