Welcome to "Black is Pink"- the community for black cat lovers! This place was created to bring together all those who love black cats- whether you own them or are just fascinated with them. This is a good place to post stories concerning black cats- pictures (we'd like to see your baby! :) and anything that relates. There are only a few rules:
1. Please play nice- respect of others is a beautiful notion.
2. Please make the posts about black cats! :)
3. I consider tuxedo cats to be black cats... but calico cats aren't! Please respect the rules- this is a black cat community... even though I'm not a very picky mod. ;)

(Note: The community name "Black is Pink" is from the line "You know black is this year's pink," taken from the song "Dancing Through Life" in the musical Wicked. It's a line that Galinda's character sings to Elpheba when she tries to get the green witch to accept her gift of an out of fashion hat. However, I like to think black IS quite in fashion. ;)
