This is a journal dedicated to the study and practice of Wicca and witchcraft. Everyone is welcome to join. You can post anything from spells, rituals, ideas, thoughts, questions, interesting articles found on the topic of Wicca or witchcraft.
Community Guidelines
1. Personal attacks are not allowed. Mods will remove any posts that may be considered inappropriate. If you have any questions as to why your post was deleted, please send an e-mail to the address listed above. Under no circumstances may you comment about the deletion of your post in this community.
2. Please show respect for the Mods of this community. These individuals spend a countless amount of time providing a service to this community. If you would like to send an email to all of the mods, please email blackcatsmodsall@gmail.com . This is an email address that ALL mods will have access to. Under no circumstances is harassment of the mods acceptable. Harassment of any kind will result in a banning from the community.
3. This is an all ages community. Please ensure icons are age appropriate and safe for work.
4. Please keep all posts on topic. Anything related to Wicca or Witchcraft is welcome. Anything that is not Wicca/Witchcraft related is subject to deletion.
To clarify, posts are considered ON TOPIC here if they are informational, asks a question, deals directly with, or sparks a discussion on Wicca, Witchcraft, or Paganism. Day to day life notices are off topic unless they also meet one of the above qualifications and should be posted over in ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) ot_black_cats
5. Adverts for other communities are welcome, however, they must also be Wicca/Witchcraft related. Added 12/28/05: All community Adverts must be approved by a Mod before posted. To get approval please send an e-mail to the mod e-mail listed above. Then wait for a mod to approve it before posting.
6. Please put ALL entries with pics and long entries behind an LJ cut. To learn how to use an LJ cut click here
If a mod feels your post needs a cut, you will be asked to do so, then given 12 hours to comply before your post is deleted.
7. Please do not bash members of other belief systems here. People who are members of other religions or systems of belief are welcome here as long as they show respect. Those that do deserve that same respect in return.
8. Do not disable or screen commenting on your posts.
9. Deleting comments or posts is not allowed. If something needs to be deleted a Mod will do it.
The only exception to this rule is for the case of grammar, spelling, or HTML errors in comments, and then only if no one has replied yet and the content of your comment is not otherwise changed.
10. Do not add font tags to your posts. Font tags are anything that changes the look of your font from default. Not everyone has the same color background on their friends page so by changing the color or size you may render your post unreadable. A font color tag looks like this <font color=#436975> only the numbers after the # change or include letters. If you don't know how to change it ask.
11. We have a sister community called ot_black_cats . It is for posting anything that you wish to share with others but does not qualify as on topic for black_cats.
