AboutWelcome to a community for what the username is-- BL Dramas! BL stands for boy's love, which is yaoi/shounen-ai or simply put, malexmale relationships. If you don't like that, I would advise you just hit the back button and not join this community.
Now you know what BL is, so now I'm sure you can figure out what a BL Drama is-- an audio-only story depicting a relationship between two guys. It can range from cute, sweet, and innocent stuff to deeper, hardcore, and smutty stuff. And of course the character's voices are supplied by many wonderfully talented seiyuu! If you want to get more familiar with the BL drama titles that are out there, I find Audio Wiki to be a good place to start.
The main purpose of this community is to share and talk about BL dramas, so of course there are a few rules...
- be courteous to the other members
- keep your posts on-topic
Easy, right? The full rules/suggestions regarding the sharing of files and common courtesies are in this post. At one point, due to repeated offense, posts were being screened by the mod before showing up on the community. Since I don't have regular access to the internet at the moment, I was unable to keep up with pre-approving individual posts in a timely manner. Therefore, that setting has been removed, but that doesn't mean the posting rules are no longer in effect. I'm still going to be checking the community periodically. As long as your post has the BL drama title, a bit of information regarding what you are sharing, and a working link, it's unlikely that I'll delete it. What's important is that you do not make posts that are just "Does anyone have ___?" It's rude. You can, however, make a post to trade a BL drama of yours (just as regular post, please include the title, information, and link of the one you're sharing) for something else that you want.
Also, not everyone's computer has Japanese text support and/or some members might not be able to read Japanese, so if you do happen to post kanji, please include the romanization if you can. This is primarily an English speaking community and it would be helpful for the majority of the members to know what they're downloading.
As an added courtesy, please do not change the color of your font when posting. Not everyone has the same background color and changing the default color of your text might make your post hard to read or even blinding on other people's friends pages.
Rules will be updated when I feel the need to point out things to the members that I thought was just common sense, so check this community info, as well as the full rules post periodically.
