Not too much to report. The group did not have a gathering. I did participate in the Capcom vs SNK gathering as Enero (for the first time). So far I only have a few shots, but still... Enjoy!

I found another seller who carries SCALA sem coustura bodysuits and she currently has some up on her site. Now the one difference with this bodysuit is that the ribbing has a bit more texture to it. It's great for snazzing up the look, but alas, not the same as the "Carmen" model. AX 2009:
I'll be there as a Doll agent (not sure which one yet) on Friday (most likely) and possibly one other day during the con. There is a Capcom vs SNK gathering on Friday, but I doubt our group will have a gathering as most who are attending have other cosplay that they will be using. I might have Shadow Baby with me and another stand in doll. More to hopefully come later this year.

Not much has happened so far as most things are currently in the planning process with assisting new doll agents with their uniforms. We'll most likely be more active towards Summer/later in 2009. Hopefully we will be seeing our new lady dolls at Comic Con this year.

We're still looking for more people to join in on the cast if they are interested! Street Fighter 4 came out so Street Fighter cosplay will probably be on the rise this year! We hope to see you at future cons!

I'd like to welcome another member to our group, MizMary! She's interested in cosplaying Enero, especially for the Las Vegas based anime cons! Welcome MizMary!

Since the group has been rather dead lately (we all live in different locations and lead busy lives so group gatherings are very rare), I'd like to propose Shadowloo Doll Agent and Minions Gatherings in the Southern California area. It would be a chance to meet new cosplayers and photographers (for those we can get involved in this) as well as hang out in public in cosplay and make new friends! Anyone interested? Feel free to leave a comment!

As I also mentioned in the previous entry, I have found another seller who carries ribbed turtleneck bodysuits with a snap crotch that work beautifully for doll agent uniforms. I'm now looking at taking on commissions for these for anyone who is interested.

We are also still interested in more cosplayers for the group if anyone is interested!

To the new members of the crew or anyone wanting to change their bodysuit:

Anyone interested in purchasing a ribbed bodysuit (snap crotch; wide ribs; different style from our current suits) in either black or burgundy, let me know. I found a site that carries them for $50 (before shipping) and they are by a company that is infamous for making clothes that shape the body (hide the trouble spots). Or if you want to custom make your own doll bodysuit, I found a store that has various colors of ribbed knit to make your own bodysuit in your desired color (including green *Cough*-X-mas-Cammy-version-and-Green-doll-variant*Cough*; burgundy; white; purple; black; etc).

I just wanted to inform you that on the August 15th update for CammyFan.com, Stefan said he will feature the crew from bison_for_prez. Stefan was kind enough to provide us with quite a bit of reference art and cosplay images of the Dolls. Ever been to the popular site CammyFan.com? It's where a lot of the reference art and information that we used for the dolls came from including images of other doll cosplayers. The site owner would like to post images of our group on there and I wanted to get everyone's ok for this before sending him a few of the group and some individual pictures. He said he could post your name (or user name) and link to your website, other info you'd like listed, etc if wanted as well. If there's any specific images that you'd like posted, send them to me and let me know.

My apologies for the hats not being 100% complete on some of them. I was re-sewing them back together up until the morning of the con and had hoped to have had time to hand stitch them closed while on breaks in the dealers room (alas, I did not -_-;;). Same goes with the ties that may have not been finished. Another set of apologies for the armbands' paint rubbing off. I'm going to look into finding a better paint that will work on the vinyl and inform y'all of it when I find it (and I'll also send the image that we used for the stencil too).

As soon as I have pictures to post, I will post them. Thanks again for such a wonderful shoot!

I'm going to ask that the Saturday shoot be canceled unless he's ok with just a few girls showing up. It looks like we'll be doing an on site gathering exclusive to our Dolls and Bossman J's Bison only, most likely after the Capcom cs SNK shoot.
