Hello and welcome to the Bishie Box! ^_^ Feel free to make your claims BUT be sure to read the rules first! Unlike most claiming communities, we offer the option of a banner for your userinfo! Cool, huh?


[] Everyone is entitled to two claims each. You may get more for various reasons (I will make you aware of them later). Volunteer bannermakers get four claims. Mods get unlimited claims (though in the beginning, I'm limiting everyone to five claims).
[] Your claim may be a bishounen or a bishoujo. For people that are confused, they are basically either male or female anime characters that you find hawt or extremely cool. ^^
[] This community is dedicated to only anime, video game or webcomic hawtness out there. If you think that your hotness should be included, but you aren't sure if he/she fits, drop me a line and I'll let you know if it is acceptable.
[] Please follow the format for claims found below. Post your claim! Do not leave it in a comment!
[] PLEASE check the claims list to make sure your bishie isn't already owned by someone else!
[] If you would like a banner, please include a picture of your bishie that you would like in it. If you want to claim your character but need time to before you can provide a picture, you have one week after you claim him/her to post a picture in a new claiming post. I will delete the old one. You must save the picture on your own server!! I don't care where you get the pictures (unless it's fanart, then you should credit it) as long as you don't hotlink it. NO HOTLINKING!
[] You must be a member to make a claim. Join the community! Its just that easy! xD
[] You cannot claim characters with multiple usernames just to get more claims. If you are caught doing so, all of your claims will be stripped from all usernames and you will be temporarily banned for two months during which your stripped claims are available for others to take.
[] You can switch claims when you like, just be sure to notify us that you no longer want that claim and use the form below to pick a new one.
[] Respect the moddesses. I, especially, have a tendency to bitch people out on occasion, so just don't make me mad. ^^ Kay? xD Seriously though, all three of us can be really nice to you. We've gotten pretty good reviews on that. So just be nice to us. Kay?
[] Respect the bannermakers' rules in regard to how to credit them and what not. Credit will not be enforced unless the maker specifies that they want it. But it is always nice to credit! =3
[] Be nice to everyone. If you don't get the claim you want, I'm sorry, but that is part of the fun of owning a claim.

Also, crediting your maker is nice. They may or may not ask for it, but it should be done. ALWAYS follow the maker's rules in regard to credit and whatnot!

[] Banners must be 200x300 pixels. They must include the claimee's username, the character's name, and "bishie_box" somewhere on the banner.
[] Pictures will be provided by the people claiming.
[] Be sure to follow all specific requests made by the claimee if they are made about the banner you are making.
[] Try not to half-ass it. Everyone has a right to a well-made banner for their claim. If you cannot do it well, then don't do it.
[] If they are unhappy, they can deal with it. You DO NOT have to remake a banner because they don't like the color or something. They should have requested that kind of thing when they requested the banner. You are required, however, to fix typos and other mistakes when notified of them.
[] Embellishments may be added (i.e. Extra pictures, lyrics, quotes, "He's mine, bitch!" etc.). Be creative! It is what makes a good banner! ^_^ But if they are requested, you MUST add them in.
