zoom shot of a bird

went to the taco house to score a couple of 99s came out eating this bird spotted me so i started to shoot and heres the zoom shot and closer shot here also though im not shure what kind of bird it is

IDk about the bird. It's very puzzling, and I'm not sure where you're geographically located (probably in the east and I'm in the west), but this: went to the taco house to score a couple of 99s made me LOL. And made me hungry.

Where are you located?

The shape of the head DEFINITELY says "Grackle" to me. The coloration looks like that of the female Boat-tailed (lives along Eastern Shoreline and all of Florida) and Great-Tailed (South Western US, Texas down into Mexico) varieties. I don't know what their fledglings look like, but I would bet it's one of those two types of grackles.
