I based a character off of Billie herself, howver it's not in the DW universe.
I used the rather well known pose that Billie did for Arena magazine.

The character is named Kendra Rose Sutton.

She's British, as well.

She gained 12 foot wings via a transformation. She looks exactly like Billie(and has a similar personality as she)only her hair and eye coloring are different. This is one of my favorite pieces.
