Black Hat Comics is the creation of J.E. Teeple. It's the name under which she has created webcomics like Prep School Punks Variety Show (later "I Was a Prep School Punk") and How We Began. These comics are no longer available, but new comic "Demon" is expected to go up on Drunk Duck at the beginning of 2007. (see the page at http://www.drunkduck.com/Demon )

J. is sometimes aided by Kage Newell, a promising manga artist, who is currently unavailable for work.
