default HOST_OPTIMIZE_FLAGS
In http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla1.8/source/configure.in#1344
the default optimization level is set to '-O3'
isn't '-O3' highly unreliable for R5?
Should this get changed to -02 or even -Os?

O3 is only a problem with BeOS default compiler, which we don't support anymore anyway. Also, we havn't had a problem with that so far.

I've been using -O3 on the "release" builds for Zeta, -Os on builds for R5 and BONE.
