...and it woke me up.
Not quite a nightmare, it didn't get to that point, but it was heading there. Sleepy, barely awake me stumbled around for a bit still operating as if that were the reality, it being pitch black I was nervous at every sound, and I had this one nervous thought.
I'm safe so long as I don't go outside!
Along with whoever is currently living in your house with you, how long do you think you can survive with the amount of food and water that you currently possess? |

Crazy guy on the terminal 2 down from me. Keeps repeating "use your headphones" and something else that sounds vaguely conspiracy like but is unclear.

It seemed a little sketchy to me years back that  Jenny was detoxing off a variety of drugs, don't know what so don't ask, by using Pepsi. Not my field of expertise so I didn't complain too much.
However now I've got  Raven going on and on about how if you've drunk an obscene amount of Jack Daniels the only way to deal with that is too continually drink tiny amounts of beer. The rational, if it can be called that, is having so much alcohol in your system and just not drinking more to ween off of it can result in spasms, shock, and then death.
That doesn't sound quite right to me.

Can't believe I saw that. I've seen people driving in cars with lots of little dogs running free inside, or cats wandering all over the place, and been appalled. I as glad when they banned talking on phones while driving and then stunned that some people ahve been texting while behind the wheel instead. Hell, the other day I saw a woman with her dayplanner stretched out over the steering wheel, thumbing thru pages trying to find something, while making a U·turn....
...but even that didn't seem so bad by comparison.
Today I saw someone driving who was listening to their iPod. I'm assuming that's what it was, judged by the white headphone cords and little bits stuffed in his ears, but even if it was something else....you don't do that while driving! Plug it into your stereo system or something, you need to hear the road around you!!!

...ironically enough.
9:15 AM 9/25/09 · Pretty much every time that  Stuberyl comes over what usually results, along with whatever else we had planned, is a full on wrestling/tickle fest. It's fun, it's crazy, and we're usually both all aglow from it.
The other day, via text messages, she communicated she didn't want to swing by for TV night this week unless I promised not to tickle her. She's had enough of it, has said she's had enough of it before but I never was willing to stop the previous times she asked.
Tickling is one of those odd things where even people that claim not to like it still seem to. Granted, it's hard to determine the accuracy of dislike given it causes the ticklee to burst out in fits of laughter. All the time I've been doing this with Stuberyl we're usually left in a bit sweaty, big grins, pile of each other and we have a blast...
...and I'm worried if we take away that aspect of our association we might not have much else.
Stuberyl is extremely tricky to be cozy with, almost by design. I'd almost say she delights in being distant and uncomfortable, if such things could be associated with delight.
The fact of the matter is that the tickling gets her to drop all her guards and she's a completely different person afterwards as opposed to who it was that arrived initially.
I'm concerned that if I can get past door #1, the person I find inside will not make her presence known ever again.

There's a guy next to me at the library looking at full on looking at full nudes on a Playboy website. There's no little kids around at the moment but as the internet stations here aren't even remotely blocked from the view of anyone that happens by...it's a little disconcerting.
