About
Bewitchers is a community aspiring to help fellow fantasy writers. Worldbuilding, character building, plot problems, technical writing, and success stories are all welcome here. Anyone may post a question, comment, or discussion topic.

This is not a critique circle. Please only post snippets (i.e. a few sentences) for brief comments or grammatical questions; however, you may post a request for anyone interested in exchanging critiques through email.

The memories section may be useful in finding entries on topics that you may be interested in. I have been trying to organize useful/relevant posts into categories via the memory tool. So far, I have been able to keep up with posts. It is up-to-date. I hope everyone finds this useful. I have also begun to implement tags.

All writers of any genre are welcome to join here, but we do have a focus on the fantasy genre.

If joining, please read the EXPANDED RULES

Quick Rules:

1. Flaming others will get you booted from the group.

2. Please post all pieces of your own personal work under the friends only privacy setting. For more information please see this and this.

3. Do not post anything for which you do not have a copyright. Post a link, instead.

4. Please put an "R" rating or warning on any post that contains sexuality or adult language.

5. Members found to be using the service, Frienditto, will be banned from the community. Do NOT use it.

6. This is NOT a critique circle. Please do not post work for critique. This is not the purpose of the community.

7. Do not join the community with the sole purpose to advertise. This is annoying and disrespectful of the community. If you would like to spread useful information please contact the moderator. You can do so by posting here.

The moderator retains the right to ban any member who does not follow the rules or delete any post that violates the rules.

Entries that should be posted under friends lock include:

  • Any of your own original writing.

  • Any posts that discuss your writing or ideas in detail.

  • Any posts that you feel you do not want anyone and everyone to view.

New members: feel free to introduce yourselves.
