anyone know???

I went to have my air cond. checked in my truck and
the guy told me it was my air cond compressor.
He couldnt find one for me so I check around at
parts houses and they all are like $250.00 +
is this right?
Can it not be fixed for less???
he isnt going to charge me much to put it on if I get
one but one place even said $350.00???

I live in a very small apartment that only has two bedrooms & I just
found out that I'm pregnant with my second child & our apartment is
too small for any dressers & our closets are full so I'm looking for
any chester drawers somebody might have to give away. I'm in need of
about 4 of them but any will work right now so I can get some of my
clothes out of their boxes. Thanks you so much!

WANTED- Washing machine
This is for a neighbor whos husband abandoned her and the kids she doesnt
have the money to go to laundromat and has been stomping on clothes in the
tub. Now she is out of fuel and the water is too cold on her feet : /
1. Maybe she should be a little more worried about getting heat in her house than a washing machine, if she can't wash clothes how is she washing children?
2.If she can't afford oil, or the laundromat, how is she going to afford to run a washing machine.
3. It's been so hot here that if you left the water in the tub for a half hour it would warm right up.
4 If #3 didn't work you could heat some water up on the stove and pour it in the tub.
But that's just me. |

I just today posted an offer of sleeping bags and a lilo. In response i got:

i have a little boy who is developing a weight problem and he needs
physical activity. i really wanted to get him a total gym until i saw
how expensive they are and we just cannot afford it. if anyone has one
laying around that they no longer want or use it would be the gift of a
lifetime for him.
Seriously? Put him on a healthier diet and take him for a walk!!! |
