Does the tuyo make the pasta a bit salty? I don't really eat tuyo, but my mom and dad eat it every now and then. :)

It adds a little saltiness, yes, that's why I don't add extra salt. When I use ground chicken though, I dust the chicken liberally with salt and pepper.

I was going to ask what you used to cut the tomatoes, but you said just a knife, and now I'm really impressed. It's so regular and so pretty :)

Thanks, but I think everyone who isn't afraid of handling a sharp knife can learn it. The sharpness of the knife and the firmness of the tomato made it quite easy. I've tried using one of those plastic V shaped knives designed for it but it turned out jagged. Appears that a sharp knife does a better job.

It's a standard issue Lock & Lock so I'm sure it's easy to get at Korean markets / online :D It's a great choice for a box since the compartments are removable. Plus, like all Lock & Lock, it's spill proof. My only beef with it is that the compartments don't reach the top of the lid, but still, it'll take very rough handling make the stuff spill over.

I LOVE lack&lock too, that is why I ask. The only one I've found with compartments is my beloved square with 4 little squares. I guess I'll have to keep hunting for this one! Unless you are interested in a trade!
