I'm not sure if it qualifies as furikake (it prolly does since some define furikake as anything you sprinkle on rice), but specifically, it's Sakura Denbu, a fish-flake powder. It's a bit on the sweet side with a very slight fish flavor. It's usually sprinkled on Chirashi sushi ^_^;;
