Bentos 19-28
I couldn't find my card reader for a few weeks, so here's a backlog of bentos:

Bento 19:

In a lock and lock. Top container - ranch dresssing, bottom container - pasta salad. Carrots, sugar snap peas, and string beans on the right with a mini pudding.

Bento 20:

In a taller, faux lock and lock. Hello Kitty bag of cut up bagel on top of veggies, bean curd crackers, and a container of ranch dip, sitting on top of some cucumbers.

Bento 21:

In a purple rock and serve. Bottom: Turkey London Broil over mashed potatoes with broccoli. More mixed veggies on top left. Top Right: tin of pasta salad and tin of egg salad, both with salami flowers on top.

snack container has bread for the egg salad, some cookies, cheddar pretzel sandwiches, and grapes

Bento 22:

In a red rock and serve. In the star: mashed potatoes with 3 octadogs on top. mixed veggies above. To the right is 2 pieces of ham rolled up with a string cheese between them, under that a paper of grapes, a tin of egg salad, and a container of ketchup

Bento 23:

Breakfast and Lunch in a purple rock n serve and a clear rock n serve. Bottom from L-R: Half of a tomato and feta omlet, leftover home fries, veggie sausage, mini pancakes, and a container of cream cheese. Top left: teddy bear cheese pieces and grape tomatoes. Top right: grapes and yogurt.

half a bagel, syrup for the pancakes, Anna Thins, wheat crackers, and two sticks of pocky.

Bento 24:

Bottom: Skewer of grape tomatoes, corn bread, mashed potatoes with cheese stars, and vegetarian chili with cheese stars. Top Left: Bean Curd crackers and a row of pretzel sandwiches. Top Right: mini pudding, half a lebanon balogna and farmer's cheese sandwitch, and grapes.

Bento 25:

Ruby Tuesday leftovers! Bottom: Salmon over some leftover rice, broccoli, and a mini butterscotch pudding pie. Top left: cheese stars, and some rolled up lebanon balogna. Top right: half a veggie cheeseburger and tomatoes to add to the inside of it.

Bento 26:

Tomato and Mozerella salad, two leftover avocado quesadillias, blueberry skewers.

Caramel pudding pie, syrup, strawberry, and mini pancakes.

Bento 27:

In a brand new rectangular lock and lock. Top left corner: Shrimp dip, farmer cheese, lebanon balogna, and olive skewers, cherry tomato on top of mustard, homemade crab cake with cheese flowers. Bottom: raw broccoli, orange and green pepper, carrots, green beans, grape skewers, a square of angel food cake, mini pudding, and more cheese flowers.

Bento 28:

in a lock and lock. from top Left: cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, container of spinach dill dip. bottom: paper of cut up strawberries, green and orange pepper, mini pudding, and some olives.

The mini pudding pies are super easy. All I did was picked up a pack of the keebler graham mini-crusts, and pudding cups. just open the pudding cup and empty into the pie crust. instant dessert :)

Oh I love those kind of jello pudding cups, they taste wonderful frozen, like a slushy chewy type of ice cream I suppose. I bet if you pack them frozen, they'd be wonderful as coolers for your bento too (:

Some jellos don't taste very good frozen though, I don't like the transparent like jellos frozen, they taste a bit funny. And the ones with the bits of coconut stuff in it aren't good frozen because the coconut things are all hard.

You might want to test out which jello cups taste good frozen before packing it (:

I'd probably use the pudding cups over the jellied type. the jellied types tend to have animal based gelatin in them :(

True, I remembered you were vegetarian :D I think the pudding ones use konjac or something that's animal friendly?

I'm not sure, i just look to make sure gelatin isn't listed in ingredients! :)

Yeah, the meatier bentos are for my mom. I've been vegetarian for 11 years now.

In the baking aisle at the grocery store - They're made by reynolds, and they come in a star shape and a heart shape, though my hearts tend to get a little out of shape sometimes. I haven't found the star ones lately, though.

I love tiny containers - I tend to collect anything that's miniature and then hang on to it!
