AboutThis is the journal for an awesome project in which various people in a multiple system try to figure out how to let go of guilt, fear, shame, and controlling assholes. That's why it's a community journal! Ride along with us as we work on having healthy behaviors and healthy beliefs about ourselves, and find out what's left when all of the fear has flown away... and most of all, how to get there in the first place!
Of course it's okay to friend this journal (or our other journals) and post comments even if you don't know us yet - it's our hope that this process will inspire others and that other people will have awesome insights and ideas to help. If people really get into it, maybe at the end of the year we can throw the journal open to everyone and have letting go of all this stuff be an ongoing community project!
