In order to submit, you have to have a live journal account and be a member of this community. 2. Only two icons per theme please, unless stated otherwise in the theme post. 3. No icons with fan art unless you prove the creator's permission to use it or if it's your own. Everything else is fair game. 4. No cheating (e.g. telling your friends to vote for you) And don't vote for yourself. If you are caught using someone else's icon in a challenge, you will be banned from the community. 5. NO drama. It's pointless... especially if it's about an icontest. This is supposed to be just for fun! If there are serious problems that arise, please address them to the mod. 6. As with most icontest communities... no posting your icon anywhere until winners for that theme have been posted 7. If you plan on taking someone's icon from a challenge, please Ask the icon maker in the winners post! 8. You must use at least 3 consecutive words from the lyrics in order for your icon to be counted, unless the mod states otherwise. 9. You must Obey to the specific instructions set forth for each challenge. Some challenges will have special rules so yeah, follow them. 10. Have Manners! you know how to use them,so please do! 11.
