Listening to songs from Chaotic Resolve, I think it may be the best Plumb album yet. I can't wait for it to come out.

Hi everyone. I'm Laura and I love-love-love Plumb. I wish I could say that I'm an "old-school" fan, but I've only been listening for about a year. I love their/her music and have gotten a BUNCH of my friends into it, as well.
'Damaged' is by far my favorite song. I could listen to it repeatedly and do!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi. *waves* :-)

Wow. I used to be a big big fan of Plumb. I heard "Damaged" on the Broke Downpalace soundtrack and fell in love. My favorite songs are "Who Am I?", "Unforgivable" and "When Worlds Collide." Anyway, I got the greatest hits album but shortly afterwards was told that Plumb broke up. I was shocked today to go onto a site randomly to find they just released a new album (which i ordered immediatly seeing there were only 4 copies left) but I'm confused. I mean it's Tiffany still but where's the rest of the band? Is it just her solo now?

Hi. I just joined this community because I have rekindled my love for Plumb after being a little out of the loop for a few years. I first heard Plumb (as many of us did) on the Drive Me Crazy soundtrack and the song "Stranded." I wore out my candycoatedwaterdrops album. I didn't hear much about Plumb for a while, though.
But last week at a benefit concert for a local Christian Radio station I had the chance to meet "Plumb" herself, hear a wonderful 5 song acoustic set, chat with her, and tell her what I great fan I am. She also telephoned my good friend Carl (as per my request) who was unable to attend the show and left him a voicemail message saying that she was sorry he couldn't make it.
I didn't have the Beautiful Lumps of Coal album until after my meeting with her, but I can't take the dang thing off the cd player now. I love it! :)

Semi-interesting fact:
When I went around looking for a Plumb fan community before I made this one, only three other communities listed "plumb" as an interest, and the members were 100-something.
I searched for "plumb" today and there are 21 community matches and 500+ users.
I think it's awesome that so many people have discovered her/their music now.

i know lj has everything, and yet i was still surprised to see a plumb community! (pleasantly surprised, of course)
honestly, i didn't even know they had a new album until i saw it in my church bookstore. I bought it then and there - which was good, cuz i haven't seen it since. ;D
if anyone's interested, there was a group out there called miss angie (oh, 1997 so i don't know if they're still around). but the singer reminds me of a young tiffany arbuckle, that's why i liked them. anyway... tah tah

I finally found the new CD... it was at Walmart (thank you, ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) _nobodysfool_)... it's great. candycoatedwaterdrops is still probably my favorite, but this one's good, too.
I recommend "Taken", "Young, Naive and Beautiful" and "Hold Me", if you can find them/the CD...
