Aboutcommunity description
This community was started by bears (any combination of hairy, facial hair, large, gay, bisexual, cuddly body, male) but is open to anyone who wants a safe place to talk about religion, God, and spirituality.
membership and posting policies
In order to ensure this be a safe community, moderator approval is required to join the community. Only registered LJ users will be allowed to comment on posts within the community, and comments left by users who are not members will be screened for appropriateness before becoming visible to the whole community. If you have questions about this policy, feel free to contact bearsoffaith@yahoo.com.
member expectations
We simply ask that members treat each other with respect at all times, in keeping with the Christian value of innate human dignity. Differences of belief may be expressed, so long as the motivation is to encourage understanding between people.
topic expectations
Any topic pertaining sexual minorities, spirituality, God and religion. Social posts are also welcome to help form connections between members. Sharing of any kind of resources--literature, websites, etc. is welcome and encouraged. Please just keep it clean.
