Hello! I'm moving into a new apartment on August 1st, but my current lease for my apartment on Massachusetts Ave in Central Square doesn't end till 8/31, so I'm trying to find subletters!
Apartment details: - 2 bedrooms (we made the larger one into our living room)
- 1 study (could be used as a bedroom, but has no windows so legally has to be considered a study)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 kitchen
- 1 dining room
- Laundry in unit
- FREE utilities, internet, cable
And here are the pictures on my Flickr account.
It will be $1900 for the month. The apartment has more than enough space for three or four people to split the rent. I am willing to rent out the place room-by-room, but priority will go to a couple/group/individual who will rent the entire place. Still, email me, and we can talk about it.

My two roommates will be moving out in September, and I don't want to. - I hate moving
- I truly love my apartment
That said, I will have two rooms available and I really, really need to fill them in order to keep the apartment. If you're looking for a place to live come September, have you considered Lawn Street at the Jamaica Plain/Mission Hill border? The Apartment: Formerly the Owners' unit, a two floor, 3-bedroom (two down, one up) apartment with a kitchen, two decks (front and back with steps). A bathroom on each level, a really decently sized kitchen, and a really nice street. The hot water is partially run by a set of solar panels on the roof. Here's what you get:- Easy access to the Green Line's Heath St. Stop, fairly close to Jackson Square on the Orange.
- Few minutes walk to a Stop and Shop, Gamestop, and Centre Street.
- A decent room at a fair price.
- Hot water included
- Quiet street, nice neighbors, close to a plot of public gardens.
- And you have to deal with me, and my movie collection.

Okay. So, Stubhub is a crackwhore and only lets you buy tickets in singles or even numbers; I have two people to attend BOSTON BRUINS ROUND 2 GAME 5 on SUNDAY, MAY 10.

The Anvil Experience is coming to the Boston area tomorrow at the Palladium at Worcester, MA. For those of you who don't know, the Anvil Experience is where you get to see that new rock-doc called Anvil! The Story of Anvil (which has been called the real life This Is Spinal Tap) and then the band performs a short set immediately following. My friends saw this in NYC and said it was the best thing ever.
