bayer04 is a community created for the German football club, Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

Guidelines

1 ) English will be the language of communication. German articles are most definitely welcome but please provide at least a summary of the article, if not a translation, no matter how rough. The community intends to cater to all football fans regardless of nationality.

By extension, please use standard English; "standard" being defined as relatively comprehensible. Grammatical and spelling mistakes are to be expected but there is to be no Internet-speak.

2 ) Content of posts can can include, and is not limited to:
- match reports and discussion
- images (place large images under an LJ-cut)
- news regarding the players (injuries, relevant personal information etc)
- interviews and other articles
- videos (place embedded material under an LJ-cut, and provide the original link to the video)
- icon posts

Note:
This community is intended to cover all aspects of Bayer 04 football i.e. the first team, the women's team, and all levels of reserve and youth football. In addition, updates on international matches featuring any Bayer 04 player are also welcome.

3 ) File-sharing (including torrents to matches) is permitted but such posts must be friends-locked.

4 ) Fanfiction is also allowed but please place all fiction regardless of length under an LJ-cut, with the appropriate ratings and disclaimers.

5 ) No hotlinking. All files/images must be posted to your own account.

6 ) No trash talking, we're all football fans here. Keep it fun, not combative.

7 ) There is to be no unsolicited advertising of any sort. Please contact the mod prior to making such posts.
