For BSG fans in the Vancouver area
For any BSG fans in the Vancouver area ... On Saturday November the 24th, Aaron Douglas (Chief Tyrol) will be the hosting MC at a gig for his friends THE TOWN PANTS. And Ryan Robbins (Charlie Connor on BSG) will be on stage performing with them (he plays the didgeridoo).

If anyone is able to attend please (pretty please) take some photos/video of Aaron for me :)

After a 3 month tour this summer festival tour through the US & Canada, the band is back in Vancouver celebrating they are coming home in style...

Its The Town Pants 10th Anniversary Show and CD release party for "Coming Home" the new 17 track live album on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 24th at the fabulous Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver.

If you must be at one of The Town Pants shows this year... This will be it! Belly up to the bar for a roots rockin' Boozapalooz as we are joined by special guests Swank and Run Gmc making for a great night of local music at the Commodore.

The Commodore is regularly hailed as one of Canada's premiere live music venues, and this show will be filmed for portions of an upcoming live DVD we hope to put together for 2008. So get down early and get in the crowd!

Dave Keogh, Duane Keogh, Aaron Chapman, Dino DiNicolo, Kyle Taylor, Tony Raybould and Ryan Robbins will all be performing.

The night also features a longtime friend and fan of The Town Pants, actor Aaron Douglas on hand acting as hosting guest MC!

Tickets will be $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Get your tickets EARLY!

Wow, this is very much a possibility since I will be really close to the border over the Thanksgiving weekend. Hopefully tickets are still available, but I was planning a Canada trip sometimes soon anyways

Unfortunately, the Vancouver BSG Fan Club The 13th Colony is hosting their "Razor Frak Party" the very same night, and since I'm hosting it, I kinda gotta be there! But Razor will finish airing here in Vancouver at 8pm, so I'll make sure my crowd hears about it in case they want to zip over to the Commodore! It's a great venue, and will no doubt be a fun time.

Seeing as Aaron isn't in Razor, the whole "Razor Frak Party" will need to head over to the Commodore afterwards to get their Chief Tyrol fix :)

But seriously, I hope you and your friends will be able to make it (and please bring your cameras)
