Zone 1: The Entrance, Front Porch and Dining Room
The following list is your "Deadly Details" list for the foyer. Add/subtract jobs and tasks to suit your needs:

1) Remove vacant cobwebs
2) Dust/Clean windows and sills
3) Wipe down the light switch plate and the walls around it/them
4) Dust decorative items/Water & fertilize plants (the live ones, that is)
5) Dust/polish furniture
6) Sort through the closet and toss/sell unwanted items

Deadly Details for Zone 4 - The Master Bedroom
I guess I'm going to have to quit hopping over all the piles of clothes.

The following list is your "Deadly Details" list for the bedroom. Add/subtract jobs and tasks to suit your needs:
1) Strip the bed and throw the sheets/mattress pad/comforter into the laundry.
2) Flip mattress.
3) Clear away cobwebs/dust.
4) Wipe down light switchplates and door knobs.
5) Wash windows/windowsills.
6) Clear off all the flat surfaces (dresser, vanity, bedside tables, etc) and declutter as you go.
7) Straighten the inside of the dressers/waredrobes.
8) Polish furniture.
9) Clean underneath the bed.
10) Vacuum/sweep the floor.
11) Empty the trash.

2) Clear off the flat surfaces (top of the toilet, countertop, vanity) and declutter as you go
3) Dust/wipe down the now-clear flat surfaces
4) Clean and polish all mirrors
5) Clean shower stall(s), tub, toilet and sink
6) Clean off scale
7) Sweep and mop the bathroom floor
8) Fold and stock towels, put away bath mat and rugs

Deadly Details for Zone 2 - The Kitchen
That is this weeks zone which is the kitchen.

1.Thoroughly clean the fridge inside and out, disposing of the experiments and corpses.
2. Wash inside and outside of microwave.
3. Clean the stove top/burner rings and all the things sitting on top of the stove.
4. Move everything on the counters and get the whole thing washed (including what you moved).
5. Go through cupboards and drawers, neaten them out and fling if necessary.
6. Give the high traffic area walls a wipe.
7. Dust the cobwebs on the windowsill for our little friends to have a clean home and shine the glass up while your at it.
8. Range hood filter/ fans need to be de-gunked.
9. Wash your cupboards down a few at a time.
10. If you have removable light covers wash them.
11. Clean out under the sink and toss old rags sponges and cleansers.
12. Give the floor a detailed wash.

I didn't see if intros were allowed or encouraged in the user information, so I thought I might bite the bullet and make one. I had plans to start Flylady tomorrow, as part of my starting over, but the emails seemed a bit much. Then a nice commenter over at stupid free drama pointed me here and this seems much more a better fit for me. So Hi! Can't wait to get started!
