[x] First thing you need to do is join the community. You MUST be a member to make a claim and post you batch of icons here.

[x] After joining, go to our Subject Claim List. There you can make a claim to do any kind of baseball related icons. You also need to inform us whether you would like to complete 50 or 100 icons.

[x] Unlike most 100 icons communities, we here give you the chance to claim a subject that has been taken already. Up to three people can do one subject at a time. So if you see two people claiming a subject that you wish to do, put your claim in as soon as possible so that you can become the third person and you won't have to wait.

[x] If the subject you wish to do is taken by three people, you can go to the Waiting List and place a claim there to do your subject once it becomes available.

[x] Once your claim is approved, you have 10 weeks to complete 100 icons, and 5 weeks to complete 50.

[x] You have two weeks to post your first batch of icons. If you do not, your subject will be available for whoever wants it.

[x] You are able to claim two different subjects. The time to complete them will be the same as if you were doing one. So if you choose to do two sets of 100 icons, you still have to have them both completed within 10 weeks.

[x] Once you have finished your subject claim, go here and inform us that you have completed your subject claim. Please don't forget to let us know which subject was yours, so that we may give you a banner to show off your hard work.

>>>Themes

[x] Themes: You will have 85 themes to choose from. If you are doing 100 icons, you must choose 40 of the 85 themes to do. If you do 50 icons, you will need to do 20. The choice of the themes are yours, but please only use theme theme for once icon. Don't use a theme twice. Below is the list of themes. Be creative and orginal. Just because a theme is blue it doesn't mean that the color of your icon needs to be blue. It can be a refrence as to how the subject in your icon feels.

[x] Subjects: The subjects can be anything as long as it relates to baseball. Some examples are baseball quotes, a certain baseball team, a certain player, classic players, a certain championship team, modern popular players, etc.

[x] Timing: You are given 10 weeks to complete 100 icons, and 5 weeks for 50. If by the date your icons are due you have not posted any icons, you can either request for a extension, or your claim will be given up so that someone else may claim it. Please, do post your first batch of icons within the first two weeks. Whoever approves of your claim will give you the exact date your icons are due, so that there is no confusion.

[x] The Icons: This is a community for new icons only. Please do not post older icons, even if they are just a few weeks old before you make your claim. We encourage you all to put your best effort into these icons for everyone to enjoy. All types of icon makers, beginners and advanced are welcomed here.

[x] Content: There really is no reason that we should have to worry about icons being R rated and such. However, if you make an icon with a dirty or vulgar refrence, please warn the members before your lj cut and do not post the icon as a teaser. Any violaters will be punished as deemed fit by the maintainers of the community.

[x] Questions?: If you have a questions please post it here and we will try to answer it as soon as possible.

[x] Posting Format: When posting your icons please use this format. Please post no more than three teaser icons. Anything else must go under a cut.
