| About: | Welcome to the John Barrowman & Captain Jack Harkness icontest challenge!
Here celebrating the goodness that is John barrowman, most recently seen in Dancing on ice on ITV in the UK, and also Captain Jack Harkness in Doctor Who... soon to be seen in Torchwood, a spin off show from Doctor Who. Every week you'll be set a challenge to make Icons from specific pictures given, rotating between John himself and the characters he's portrayed. A Banner will automaticaly be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, with a Mod's choice given if there are sufficient entries.
Rules for entering:
1. Do not use images other than the posted challenge image unless it states otherwise.
2. Your icon must be in LiveJournal accepted format. 100x100 pixels, less than 40 kb in size in .png .gif or .jpg format
3. Do not post your icon in other communities, your live journal, or use it anywhere before the voting is over.
4. You must be a member to enter.
5. Do not use icons you have made previously, you must make new Icons for each challenge.
Rules for voting:
1. Do not vote for your own icon. If you do, it will be disqualified.
2. Vote for three icons, no more no less. (Unless otherwise stated)
3. Icons must be submitted in a comment in the entry post only. You must be logged in to enter. Please don't enter with anonymous comments.
4. Please enter using the following format:

Challenges:
1. A new challenge will be posted every Sunday or Monday.
2. You have until 8pm Saturday to place your entry as a comment to the challenge.
3. Voting will be posted Saturday evening.
