Bambi smiled softly and ran his fingers gently through Yunho’s hair. He leaned forward and put the magazine he’d been flipping through down. His fingers ghosted over the photographs strewn about the floor before pulling one up from under the mass upon the floor. He looked down at the picture with a smile.

It was Yunho, his appa, smiling. It was an old photograph, one from when Yunho had first debuted with Dong Bang Shin Ki. Bambi smiled at the crooked teeth and ran his finger over the smiling face of the picture. Bambi put the picture down and ran his fingers over the real Yunho’s face.

Yunho had taken out the old photos to show Bambi, but had fallen asleep as Bambi exclaimed over them. And now his head lay in Bambi’s lap, numbing his legs, and wetting his pants with drool. But Bambi didn’t mind, that much.

It was only when Yunho was asleep that Bambi was allowed to run his fingertips over the scars that marred his beautiful face. Even after all this time Yunho was still self-conscience about the scars. Those things didn’t matter to Bambi, though. His appa, his Yunho, was beautiful and not despite all those imperfections.

It was imperfections that made Yunho beautiful.
