I've seen lots of posts and recipes for cheesecake cupcakes and I thought they sounded like the perfect amount of cheesecake! So last week I gave them a try to take to my parents.
I've watched this community for a long time now but this is my first post. I'm not a professional baker so please be easy on me!

Hi Everyone!
I'm asking for advice because I've found that recipes I get from this site are usually far more successful than ones I take straight from my cook books.
I'm going to be meeting a bunch of online friends for the very first time in August and some of them are coming from really far away (we're meeting in Lincoln, England, and some of my friends are from Hungary, America, Canada, Oz). I'm always talking about baking to these guys, so I promised that I would make my legendary dark chocolate brownies. Great, until several people piped up saying they cannot eat dark chocolate!
I did a quick survey and found that they CAN all eat white chocolate and peanuts, so I'm hoping that blondies will be the way to go. Does anyone have a really great recipe for this? Preferably something moist and rich? I don't want to let my friends down after they've come so far!
Thanks in advance.
this is my go-to "hey lets pretend they're subway cookies" cookie recipe. i normally hate nuts in pretty much everything but white chocolate and macadamia nuts just, totally go together (like rama lama lama, ke dinga da dinga dong) so nut-haters, either look away or suck it up cos this is happening.

I'm on a mission!
My mother used to buy me Key Lime White Chocolate Chip from Marshall's. I can't find them.
So, my mission - help me find a delicious, crunchy recipe for Key Lime White Chocolate Chip cookies.
Thanks, guys! ♥
I made a little birthday cake for my partner's stepmom on sunday.
I wanted to make something with nuts (she likes nuts) and as luck would have it, while I was going through an old food magazine, I came across a recipe (by James Martin) for a white chocolate cake with a cream cheese and hazelnut frosting. I followed the recipe for the cake but made changes to the frosting and added a filling. The cake was gorgeous! It was was sooo soft and squidgy. The tartness of the raspberry middle cut through the sweetness of the cake and the frosting perfectly :) I am so glad I decided to add that layer. I’m definitely going to make this cake again and experiment with different fillings and frostings!

Hello, community! I present a cheesecake.

I baked a regular cake, then cut them into these little ones the next day with a hot knife.

I totally meant to put the chocolate cake recipe in last time. Sorry about that!
I'm almost forgot to post this! I would have been very sad.
Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse layered with dark chocolate cake. Kind of a pain in the butt to make, but a big hit.

When I saw this month's theme was white chocolate I just HAD to give this recipe a go.

This is my first post for this brilliant comm, so if I do something wrong, please tell me. Since I've enjoyed some of your recipes, I wanted to share something back. Hope you enjoy!

Sorry for the quality of the pic, I was in a big rush and didn't take the time to set it up properly. Please forgive my haste.

Had problems with ljcut before. Hope this clears it up.

( Whatever they are, Bella seemed to like them. )
My husband and I frequent a sandwhich place called Lenny's. It says it's a nationwide store, so maybe some of you have had them? Anyway, theyhave AMAZING white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I do not like them crunchy/crumbly, but rather soft and chewy. I have looked for recipes, but, I don't know which ones would be best so I wanted to come here and ask (especially if you've been to lennys).
Thank you!

I made this cheesecake for Easter, as I do almost every year, and it's always a hit. It's one of my most favorite things that I make.

I've been lurking ever since this community got it's well-deserved spotlight. Since then, my little book of recipes has slowly became not so little anymore! Anyway, I'd like to share with you one of my absolute favorite cookies of all time~ I got it off of a bag of dried cranberries. :3!

My camera pooped out on me before I could snap pictures of them (and they were all gone by the time the darn thing got charged again, too!) :[[! Hopefully I'll have better luck with that next time.
