Rules and Info



Do not post anything that is illegal in the Continental US. This means no bestiality, no child porn, etc. If you have doubts about the legality, check with one of the maintainers first. If you have doubts concerning material that is ALREADY posted, contact the maintainer. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT start arguing about the posted material. Simply report the offending post to the maintainer, who will take the necessary steps to ensure that posts remain legal. Throwing a fit in the community or igniting a flame war may get you banned.


1. This is an 18+ community. If you are under the age of 18 you are NOT allowed to join, post, comment, read, browse, skim, scan, or otherwise view or interact in any way. We would like to share the bad porn with everyone, but rules are rules, and this will keep us from being shut down. And we DO check journals before approving each member.So, please make sure your userinfo page lists a birth date with year and month.

2. All posts are friends only. This isn't so much a rule as a just factual information. All posts to the community will be friends-only by default. You must join to read. Again, this is to help comply with LJ's rules.

3. LJ Cut- Obviously this community is entirely material that is not safe for work. If you have [info]bad_porn_2 on your friends list and look at it from work, you are a retard and I hope you get fired. That said, please be considerate of those with slower internet connections and those who just don't want to see it on their friends page. Please place all images behind an LJ cut. If you don't, everyone will bitch at you and you'll feel like a douche and your post may be deleted. Repeated offenses of this kind may get you banned. When twenty comments to your post are requests to put it behind a cut, please don't wait for the maintainer to do it - edit your post or the maintainer may decide to delete it.

Also, if you are posting a link to video, please mention so somewhere in your post just so people know what to expect.

7. NO PHOTOS OF CHILDREN (incl. 7A, see below) OR ANIMALS! Post anything that is legal in the Continental US. This means no bestiality, no child porn, etc. etc. Some people in the past have argued that bestiality was not outlawed in all states of the US. Bestial porn IS illegal under current federal obscenity codes. Bestiality is specifically illegal in at least 30 states. In other states, animal cruelty and animal abuse laws can be used against it. There are NO states in the US where Bestiality is legal. Don't bug us with that ever again and don't even try posting it, it won't pass the moderation filter.

7A. LOLIKON, SHOTA, or other drawn depicions of underage characters engaged in sexual context, are forbidden. According to the laws in some countries, drawn, or simulated (photoshopped) images involving 'minors' (or characters appearing to be underage) in sexual context are illegal, and DO constitute child pornography.
In the USA, see PROTECT Act of 2003, which includes the following bits:
- Prohibits computer-generated child pornography.
- Prohibits drawings, sculptures, and pictures of such drawings and sculptures depicting minors in (Miller test) obscene OR engaged in sex acts.
- Minimum sentence of 5 years for possession, 10 years for distribution.
Also, look up the Dwight Whorley case.
In Canada: Section 163.1 of the Canadian Criminal Code outlaws pornographic images which depict the subject as being under the age of 18. Also see the case that arose in March 2005 in Edmonton, Alberta, where a man was arrested for importing japanese manga depicting lolikon under counts of child pornography.
In the UK: see the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act, which in 1994 introduced the legal definition of an "indecent pseudo-photograph of a child", under which Lolikon can technically be placed.

8. Medical photos are not porn! Do not post them! There are other communities for general gross-out/TMI. IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO PREFACE YOUR POST WITH "THIS ISN'T REALLY BAD PORN BUT....." THEN DON'T POST IT. YOU WILL BE REMOVED AND BANNED. Bad nude art, however, is very welcome here.

9. No advertising or self-promotion, ever. We'll delete it and ban you. It is as simple as that. If you have something remarkably relevant to the community to advertise, ask a maintainer about it.

10. On the subject of harassment and hate speech: no abusive or attacking speech to the members of the community. While picking on the poor souls we post here is encouraged, the denigration of a group of people will not be tolerated and will result in IMMEDIATE EXPULSION. YOU WILL BE REMOVED AND BANNED. You are entitled to that speech on your on journal, not this community. If you behave like an ass, expect to be treated like one. Thank you.

11. Linking to an LJ-user's private journal, whether it be in public entries, to make fun of them, is discouraged. Given, some people may post highly amusing bad porn pictures in their own journal. If you want to share your find, please don't make an entry linking to it, just host the pictures somewhere else, post them in your entry and simply leave it at that. If your post leads to someone outside of the community to be harassed, you can be held responsible for this and banned at the very least.

12. Do not post tubgirl. We've seen it. 524326 times. And maybe more. In general, reposting old stuff or stuff that has been recently posted is frowned upon. Keep an eye out. If your post is old meme, it may be deleted. It's not personal. Deal with it.

13. Do NOT post pictures on Imageshack and then try to hotlink to them from this community. We are BANNED from the Imageshack system, and therefore your hotlink will NOT display. Host the content yourself, and if not possible, find another host that welcomes adult content - such as Fapomatic.com - or don't bother posting. It's that simple.

14. If you don't think an entry is worthy of being called bad porn, that's fine. But if you're going to complain, please contribute something. Don't wanna contribute? STFU plzkthx.

Q: Why do they blur out/pixellize/black out the pussy and/or penis in japanese porn? You can show cum on a girl's face, shit, open assholes, but not a pussy or a penis? Why did that person blur it out??

A: Japanese law requires that genitals in pornographic movies be obscured, a practice referred to as porn mosaic. It sometimes take the shape of blacking out parts, blurring them, or, and this is most often the case in movies and photo books or magazines, to pixellize it. It is used as a way of circumventing Japan's obscenity law (Article 175 of the Criminal Code). It used to be that even pubic hair could not be displayed, but this has been challenged in court, and in the recent years, pixellization has become ever more precise and definite, with higher-definition pixels, to the point where the censorship is almost rendered obsolete in many cases.
