Do you Give a Damn about good writing, even when you're reading the most outrageous fanfic? Do you think fanfic writing should be considered a legitimate art, but you're wary that too many rules and regs will ruin all the fun? Do you want to improve yourself and/or help others improve, or are you just looking for a place to rant about both bad writing and the people who take good writing just a tad too seriously? You've come to the right place! Whether you're sitting there terrified, about to post your first fanfic, or you just finished the 40th chapter of your latest series, here's a place you can share your experience and experiences in the fanfic world with other folks just like you. It's not that hard to find great resources and support if you want to grow as a fanfic writer or feedbacker. For everyone despairing that they can't write good sex (especially slash), unsure whether a sentence fragment is a prison term (or just leads to one), and who haven't read every word that J.R. Tolkien ever wrote, here's a place to learn how to deal with details both technical and canon for your particular fandom.
