1 bedroom summer Sublet available in a 3-bedroom brownstone. Available June-August with the possibility of leasing for the fall.

The rent is $500 a month, with heat + hot water included! It's a great deal! The T stops RIGHT outside the front door on Beacon Street, on the C-line. With internet/cable and electricity, I pay less than $45 a month total for everything!

Your room would be the converted dining room made bedroom. It is GORGEOUS and VERY LARGE for a bedroom! It has a [non-working] fireplace, candalier, three large windows & a HUGE closet.

The apartment is 3-bedrooms, large livingroom, kitchen with two food closets, smaller dining room/hangout room, and a pretty large bathroom.

The other two roomates: 23-year old male, works in construction and is never there on the weekends as he goes home to work at his dad's company; 22-year old female that works in Quincy. Both are very friendly and I LOVE living with them.

Looking to rent a room in Brookline/Brighton [Jan. 20th, 2008|02:09 pm]

Hi all!

Soooo I recently got abandoned by my roommate in my lovely but expensive Brookline apartment, and am now looking to move to a new place in the Brookline or Brighton areas.

A little bit about me:
My name is Lindsay and I am a 22 year-old working professional, taking some time off from university and working the old 9-5. I like to socialize, but I am not a big partier; give me the backyard BBQ over the nightclub any day. I have very few close friends, and am generally a quiet person at home; I watch movies, write, and practice on my keyboard with the headphones on, then go to bed early. My hobbies include acting, singing, writing, movie-watching, and theater-going. I have a cat named Lily who I rescued from the MSPCA animal shelter and love very much. I would really like to be friendly and socialize with my roommates; it's something that is very important to me in a living environment.

Lily:

I haven't had a whole lot of luck with Craigslist, as most places don't allow cats (boooo :(). If you're looking for a mature, friendly, and open-minded roommate, I may be able to fill that role. You can hit up my email (eagle.lindsay@gmail.com) or just leave a reply here if you're interested. '

Thanks for looking!

Lindsay.

Thanks!

Seriously? Hours after the end and no postings about the local sports story today?

Not worthy of mention or just blasé?
