Moving [Jan. 21st, 2007|11:01 am] b0st0n [l_o_v_e] Okay, Lovelies, I have a dilemma. Well,l my boyfriend and I have a dilemma, but whatever. Anyways, back to the topic at hand. My boyfriend and I have to move out of the city for a couple of years to save money. My job is in Newton, just off the Pike, and his is basically at South Station. We are thinking the best thing to do is move slightly west of the city, ie. Framingham, Natick, Marlboro...that area. Mbta.com was helpful as far as my general questions about the commuter rail, but I need more information than that. So I have a few questions for you all: Has anyone ever lived in an apartment or a building in the area? Any that you would recommend/warn me against? Or any landlords who are good/bad? Does anyone know how busy those trains are in the morning? Are they completely packed(I imagine they must be). Are there any areas that I should avoid/are safer/cleaner/whatever that I should be aware of? Thanks so much you guys. I really appreciate it! link 44 comments|post comment
