I know it's been asked before (frequently) but I thought I'd give it another shot.... anyone know of any place that's hiring for part-timers? I'm looking for about an extra $100-150 a week (20ish hours) to cover increasing costs of, well about everything. Looking mainly for weekend work, a few evenings during the week also if necessary. I tried Petco but their management was... atrocious to say the least. Maybe I was biased from working Petsmart before... but yeah... Petco didn't work out.
I'm not quite desperate enough to go into food service (kudos to those that can handle it - I can't), and retail is where I have experience... but other ideas would be great also. I've never worked phone sales/telemarketing/etc, but I don't want something commission-based.. I'd rather it be a steady paycheck.
Any ideas? Sorry for the repeat post, like I said, I know this has been asked before numerous times, but I thought I'd take a shot someone might know something that's open right now.
Oh... as for location, Chandler/Mesa/Tempe/Gilbert is preferred.
Thanks all :) | | Thursday, July 31st, 2008 | 8:53 pm [angeltabris]

Hi there! The MCACC has a horrendous amount of animals right now (so sad!), and I recently adopted a cat (adults are only $25 right now and include their shots and neuter/spay!). They also include a free first vet visit. I've narrowed it down to the following (I have my own vet but I want to get the free one done then I'll transfer her to my own). Has anyone had good or bad experience with any on the list? Thanks! :D Gilbert Animal Hospital (Gilbert/Guadalupe) Warner Vista Animal Hospital (Val Vista/Warner) Anasazi Animal Clinic (Cooper/Guadalupe) Pride Animal Hospital (Dobson & Elliott) Adopt a friend! Is there a way to figure out who's having the biggest fireworks show in Arizona tomorrow? Or is everybody going to Tempe? | | Thursday, May 1st, 2008 | 8:16 pm [jenniferjayde]

Suggestions? Hey all,
My boss's boss is coming to town this weekend and wants to take me to dinner. She doesn't know the area and wants ME to choose.
Lots of pressure, right?
She's staying in Tempe.
Any recommendations on fun restaurants to recommend a boss take you without sounding TOO "buy me $100 meal", but also something that's special to AZ?
Thanks! | | Friday, April 18th, 2008 | 5:18 pm [angeltabris]
