what's avatar?
Avatar tells the story of a world composed of four nations: Air, Water, Fire, and Earth. Benders in each of these nations can control elements. A century ago, the Fire Nation attacked the other three nations; now, the only hope is for the Avatar - who controls all four elements - to save the world.
The Avatar is rumored to have disappeared, but in actuality, he has been frozen in an iceberg for the last hundred years. Now that he's free, Aang, a 12-year-old airbender, is out to master the other elements and save the world with the help of Katara and Sokka of the Water Nation.
what can't i do here?
1. If you're posting spoilers, put them behind an LJ-cut for the benefit of West Coast viewers.
2. Trolls and flamers are banned after first-time offenses.
3. Mockery is permitted. Deal.
Other than that, we're pretty flexible.
