Yep, you guessed it! This is a lovely community dedicated to all those Avatar: the Last Airbender fans that just can't get enough drawings and icons! I know I can't.
In this community, you may post artwork of your choosing. What kind of art you ask? Any kind, of any rating! The artwork can contain couplings, whether it be slash or het, or you can just have your single characters. The artwork can range from G to NC-17 so if you're a smut fan, post away!!!
You can also post icons, wallpapers, music videos, and friends only banners if you like. Hey, it's still artwork! ^_^
However, even though I allow things such as icons and banners, this is still mainly a fanart community. So please try to post mostly drawings or paintings. Try to keep icons and banners to a minimum. Requesting is allowed so don't be shy to ask!
Please spread the word of this community! I realy want this community to become active and be filled with wonderful artwork of many variaties!
Rules:
1.) My main rule is to not flame people's artwork. Disrespect will not be tolerated. People work hard on their artwork and we all know our work can't always be perfect, so please don't make matters worse. But constructive criticism would be lovely.
2.) Plagiarism will result in automatic banning. No acceptions! Members, if you see anyone post artwork that you know they didn't do, please report it to me immediately.
3.) When posting icons, you may post three as your teasers, then the rest must be behind an lj-cut. Wallpapers and FO banners MUST be behind an lj-cut. If you take an icon or banner you must give the creator credit.
4.) NC-17 artwork should be f-locked, so that way only members will see it and we won't get any of that "OMG! ThiS iS so discustinG! Ur sick!!" crap.
5.) If someone posts a fanart of a certain pairing you don't support, don't go all batshit and reply with a ridiculous comment such as "HOMG11!!!11!ONE! You suxors!!1! That cud liek nevr happen!!1! OMG!!1!" Seriously. Just don't. Comments such as these will result in flame wars and people pointing and laughing at you. If the user displays a warning, just hit the 'Back' button. It's not that difficult.
6.) No posting artwork, banners or icons that bash a character/pairing. No joke here, people. If any artwork of any kind is posted that so much as pokes fun at a character/pairing, the post will be deleted and you will recieve a warning. On a second offense, you will be temporarily banned. On a third offense, you will be permanently banned.
