I need a good recommendation for a cat groomer. I have an 11 year old / 16 pound cat that needs a good grooming including putting on soft paws. I tried putting soft paws on her once and ended up with a cut/swollen lip. She popped the damn things off in about a week since I didn't know what I was doing.
I went into a PetCo to ask once and was greeted by some clueless weirdo who was smacking gum & sitting on the counter. The other person was grooming a pretty terrified dog who had the makings of a bad haircut. So that rules them out. All the other places I google seem to be dominated by dogs.

My dog Thor has been missing a week now. I check the animal shelter constantly, I've put up flyers.
I'll keep putting up the flyers, but I can't escape the feeling that my puppy was stolen.
My hopes are that this is such a small town, that maybe you've seen my dog somewhere. He's not entirely the most unique breed of dog, but I think he stands out fairly easy.
And someone in this town has him.
If you think you've seen my dog, let me know (neighbor, dog park, etc).
If it winds up being a positive sighting of my puppy, I'll give you $100 reward (and keep your info totally confidential)

Can anyone recommend a good dog day care in Austin? Does anyone have any good/bad experience with Home Away From Home? Thanks!
I'm looking for a dog play group in NW Austin that my bubby can actually interact in. He's a big boy, 95 lbs. He's all dog friendly, but doesn't realize that all dogs aren't his size or strength. He's a bit of a freight train and tends to bowl over tiny dogs, though he loves them something fierce!
I'm looking for a play group that's all about wrestle and tug, instead of the fetch and chase.
Balcones Woods Park is ideal.

Does anyone know if the patio at the Flying Saucer in the Triangle is dog friendly?
- Location:Chez Estuque
Does anyone have any experience with Emancipet? I need my female lab spayed (and microchipped!) ASAP, but I also want quality care for her- money is not a concern as far as this goes, however, considering Emancipet's relatively low prices I thought I'd ask if anyone was really satisfied with the care there.
Thank you!
Thank you!
