I'm not looking for a place now, but I will be in August, and this place looks really nice :)
We just signed a lease with the first guy that came by, so we're all pretty happy.
Not sure what 2/1 rent for but there was an open house for one today listed at 225K. Yikes. Downtown Austin is way different than it used to be. Grumble grumble, where's my cane, yada yada yada.
