Extra good glasses repair?

I am looking for really top-notch glasses repair in Austin. My girlfriend's expensive frames have broken hinges. I can't take it to a Lenscrafters type place because it requires soldering. I took them to the "Frame Fixer" place near the DPS on Lamar -- I spoke to him on the phone and he said he could fix them, but when I got there he said he didn't have any hinges small enough.
Has anyone had good luck with a full service glasses repair type place?

Ahh, I can't find the card or remember the name! The lady at the... either the Lenscrafters or Eyemasters in Barton Creek Mall gave me a card for a guy. He did his job well and had a 90 day warranty, so if anything happened, he'd fix it for free within that timeframe.
